We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their Security Services division in Auckland. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing these new client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities would be to:
- Proactively generate and secure new business through cold calling, client visits, and relationship building.
- Maximise revenue and gross margin by targeting new customers and expanding opportunities with existing clients.
- Prepare sales quotations, tenders, and proposals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage all administrative tasks related to business acquisition and account management.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's financial and operational goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams including National Sales, Operations Managers, and other key personnel.
- Maintain business intelligence by tracking customer and competitor activity and updating CRM systems.

What We are Looking for:
- Proven sales and business development experience, including cold calling and face-to-face engagement.
- Experience in Key Account or Customer Management.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels within an organisation.
- Full private motor vehicle driver’s license required.
