For such an encompassing role, we are looking for a talented professional that enjoys variety, is motivated by challenge and is driven to succeed. Although energy and attitude speak volumes, experience in Business Development is essential.

If you are naturally motivated, genuinely enjoy the rush of a sales environment and have:

  • An established work history within Business Development
  • Previous experience within a Service-Based Industry
  • Security experience especially selling security services an advantage
  • Ideally experience working with Hubspot or a similar sales CRM
  • Experience in strategic management and negotiating
  • A hunter mentality with a proven record of successful business development
  • Financial prowess with sound reporting and documentation abilities
  • Charisma and the ability to build genuine relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to relate to business owners and Security buyers at all levels
