Their Hamilton Office have presented an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager.

For such an encompassing role, we are looking for a talented professional who enjoys variety, is motivated by challenge and is driven to succeed. Although energy and attitude speak volumes, experience in Business Development is essential.

If you are naturally motivated, genuinely enjoy the rush of a sales environment and have:

  • An established work history within Business Development
  • Previous experience within a Service-Based Industry
  • Ideally experience working with Hubspot or a similar sales CRM
  • Experience in strategic management and negotiating
  • A hunter mentality with a proven record of successful business development
  • Financial prowess with sound reporting and documentation abilities
  • Charisma and the ability to build genuine relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
