An exciting opportunity has just presented itself within our Client’s business that is a perfect fit for a dynamic and driven customer service professional who is looking for a diverse and varied role.
Joining an inclusive and supportive Customer Focused Team, this role is instrumental in the success of the company providing an exceptional standard of support to Service Delivery Managers, Customer Service Coordinators and Customers alike.
Key focus of this role will be managing the administration of support contracts, ensuring customer reporting is accurate and precise.
This will be achieved through:
- Collating monthly support reports
- Overseeing month-end support process
- Administrative function of all support agreements
- Raising invoices where required
- Assisting in the creation of CST projects
- Onboarding all new contracted and ad-hoc customers
- Working closely with the Customer Focused Team to deliver a high-level of customer service
To ensure you can succeed in this role, you will need to bring your:
- Exceptional customer services skills with highly developed interpersonal and communication ability
- Technically apt and enquiring mind that can get to the base of a problem and provide real solutions
- Brilliant organisational and time management skills
- Proven analytical skills
- Previous experience in a finance or diverse administration role an advantage
- Experience in process improvement desirable (but not essential)
