6 month Fixed Term Contract
Innovative and forward thinking, our Client has developed a strong team of professionals that live and breathe workplace capability. Providing a comprehensive consultancy service across Education, Learning and Development and Workplace Wellbeing, they are making a big impact on a global scale.
Currently, they are looking for an experienced Customer Operations Specialist for a 6 month fixed term contract – with the possibility of an extension.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Onboard and enrol trainees ensuring each trainee is setup correctly and is sent the necessary information as part of their qualification journey
- Proactively keep our customers and relevant internal teams updated and informed on any changes that may affect them
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to queries in a timely manner, taking ownership of issues that may arise and ensuring successful resolutions together with quality assurance requirements of the business is met
- Ensure all information is entered accurately into our systems and all processes are adhered to and complied with.
Ideally, you will bring with you the following experience, and knowledge:
- Clear written and verbal communications; confident communicating with a wide range of people
- Excellent time management and coordination skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, accurate data entry skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Solid problem solving and relationship management skills
