We are seeking a talented and experienced Client Solutions Manager to join our Customer's Client Delivery team. This leadership role is responsible for managing and delivering a variety of transformation projects, from small-scale initiatives to large-scale client implementation programs. You'll play a pivotal role in driving organizational change, managing stakeholders, and leading a team of professionals to achieve project objectives.
As a Project Manager you will have recent Financial Services sector exposure along with experience in working on client onboarding and/or business change projects. You will possess strong, formal project management skills and have team management experience.

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership

Project Management:

- Prepare reports and communicate updates to steering committees, senior management, and clients.
- Recommend business priorities and provide innovative solutions to meet requirements.
Change Management:
- Understand and manage the impact of solutions on people, processes, and technology.
- Ensure alignment and commitment from stakeholders regarding objectives, scope, risks, and benefits.
Business Readiness & User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Contribute to the development of UAT plans and test cases.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to document new and updated business procedures.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of project outcomes.
- Support and encourage effective teamwork and knowledge sharing across teams.

Mandatory Skills & Experience & Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing client onboarding or business change projects within the financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Fund Accounting, Unit Pricing, Investment Administration, or Custody.
- Self-directed and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
