- 40hrs per week, hours/shifts will range between 7am - 7pm
Established and highly respected, our client is a market leader providing Technical Building Services including HVAC and Refrigeration, Electrical and Fire Protection, to a wide range of clientele across multiple sectors. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to provide full administrative support to the day to day operations including logging service calls, coordinating and scheduling jobs right through to receipting supplier invoices and document control.
This is a fast-paced role that would be perfect for a proactive go-getter who enjoys keeping busy and being an essential part of the team.
To be successful in this role we envisage you will bring with you:
- Previous experience in office administration and support
- The ability to perform data processing and data entry tasks with 100% accuracy
- Stay calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience using accounting systems (Pronto would be an advantage)
If you also have:
- Calm and composed nature
- Ability to make and implement good decisions
- High level of communication ability
- Detailed and thorough approach to maintaining records and workloads
