Are you an experienced Business Test Analyst ready to take on critical projects in a dynamic financial services environment? Do you thrive on collaborating with stakeholders, driving quality testing, and ensuring seamless business change? If so, we want YOU to join our Client's Business Change Management team!

As a Business Test Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of key programs and projects across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the UAT Test Lead, you’ll work closely with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality testing and ensure smooth transitions for critical business changes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to test planning, execution, and reporting
  • Convert business requirements into test cases
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect retesting
  • Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external stakeholders
  • Manage test environments, data, and requirement traceability
  • Track defects, drive resolution, and escalate risks as needed
  • Support project post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement

We need a Doer!

What does that look like?

  • 5+ years of testing experience in a business or financial services environment
  • Experience working with offshore teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (internal & external)
  • Knowledge of IT systems, SQL troubleshooting, and test management tools (Octane, JIRA, Confluence)
  • Background in financial services testing (unit price testing experience preferred)

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Custodian/fund management knowledge
  • Tertiary qualification in IT
