Our client is looking for a talented and highly engaged HRIS Consultant to join their company.
Joining a friendly and supportive team, you will be presented with the opportunity to support customers and use your insight to improve their service delivery, support solutions and drive real change in their businesses.
Ideally, you will come from a HR/Payroll consulting background and have strong Payroll and Payroll systems knowledge with the desire to cross-skill over into other competencies.
This role involves:
- Analysing and documenting business requirements of internal and external clients to identify business problems and propose solutions
- Work with clients to ensure their requirements are understood and met with the optimal technology solution
- Ensure all options have been explored to achieve overall key drivers and outcomes.
Ideally, you will being with you a range of strengths and experience including:
- At least 3 years’ experience in using\ configuring Payroll systems ie; Jade Star, PayGlobal, Neller, Chris21 or similar applications
- Sound technical understanding and the ability to rationalise application issues and understand the technologies supporting the application
- Good understanding of Microsoft products (especially EXCEL)
- Can provide informative, business-ready training for clients
- Able to work in a fast paced environment, manage conflicting priorities and cope with a constantly changing landscape
- Engaging and able to lead customers and team members
- Able to mentor and support fellow team members
- Ability to perform business analyst functions including developing functional and technical specifications
